Things that are too "cheesy" to tell my hubby!

(New Years Eve '08 *before* any alcohol- it was an 80's theme night)

OK- I'm feeling slightly silly and I'm in a list kind of mode!

How about I'll make a list of things that I'll never tell my husband, because they're too cheesy!!

Our Life:

~ I love him more than he'll ever know: if I had $5 to my name, I'd find a way to spend $7 just so he could have dinner

~ I think he's an amazing, understanding, sometimes considerate husband - even IF he's no white knight, he's still my knight and shining armor!

~ I think he is very intelligent, observative, realistic, loving, firm, understanding and patient- which is why he's going to make an amazing father

~ I think he changes more than he realizes (even on a monthly basis) and he's a different person than he was the first time he got married and the first time he had a child.

~ I think life in general and experiences, the ability to try different things, meet new people, and the way God throws different things and obstacles your way is enough to change you weekly, monthly and yearly

~I know I'm grateful each and every day that God has blessed me with a man who loves me for me: make-up or not, freshly showered and smelling girly or super sweaty and tired from softball practice.

~ Most of all I'm appreciative of the fact that we have a roof over our head, food in our pantry, clothes on our back and the kind of love that will get us through even the toughest times!

Our Friends:

~ I think we have amazing friends that we'd do anything for - and in turn, they'd do anything for us and I'm glad I met (and married) someone with a very lively, outgoing and interactive personality!

~ I love that, for the most part, our friends love and accept BOTH of us - as a package deal!

~ I love that our friends aren't needy and HAVE to talk to and do stuff with us EVERY DAY!! They understand the importance of friend time AND "date night"!

~ I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT CHRIS, DAVID, JARRAD AND STEVE GET ALONG- they should be BFF's! That would be almost as hott as Triceritops and partying with Paris Hilton!

~ I love that we'll all eventually have kids, somewhat around the same age - and we'll all take turns baby sitting, and teaching them the ins and outs of life and surrounding them with lots of love and support!

That's all for today!!

FYI- I don't think ANY of those things are too cheezy to tell your hubby!! They like the mushy stuff, even though they'll pretend like they don't!! You are such a sweet wife and a great friend!! Chris is very lucky to have you, and I am honored to know you!!
