My my..... it's been two whole months!!
Last we spoke, or I babbled on rather, was mid-May!
Chris and I went to Myrtle beach for our birthday weekend - the 29th and 30th using a gift card Chris won April 2008 from work. We enjoyed a very nice huge room, tons of drinks, and some fun in the sun!
Then in June Timmy got here for a summer at his Raleigh house.
Over 4th of July (and the week of our anniversary) we spent a week in Myrtle beach at our time share. Tons of fun! Ate some food and soaked up rays and spent some QT with the fam.
I finally made it to Verizon for my phone update - you know, the new every two deal. With Chris's help, I decided on the EnVy touch. Wonderful phone! So much of an upgrade from my Razor (which BTW is for sale on CL).
That brings us to mid-July - the here and now. We have plans to spend next weekend with some wonderful friends at their lake house.
We tied for 2nd place in our league for Spring ball. Fall ball starts in mid-August. We're having a practice/try out today at 4. That's going to make for some exhausted Gholson's tonight!
