Friday- My assistant came into work to help me get everything ready for Monday! My hubby was home from Richmond by the time I got home from work - yay! We watched The Bank Job at home, pretty good movie.
Saturday- was kind of a lazy day. We got up around 10, watched t.v., ate cereal then cleaned the house! We (and when I say we, you KNOW I mean Chris) cleaned for 3 hours! I vacuumed the upstairs - bathrooms and all. Then we went over to Heather and Kevin's for dinner - very good company and excellent food! I'll have to say, I'm sorry we missed Mexican night, but Italian night was YUMMY!! They seem like good people, and I'm looking forward to working with them at CATT! Heather asked if I was interested in helping with the kids and I told her ABSOLUTELY! Saturday night we all ended up at mom's for the UFC and it was typical - girls on the back porch catching up while the boys are inside hooting and hollering and cussing about the fight! Good Times...
Sunday - official relax day! I woke up around 9 and it was thundering - which makes for good cuddling and sleeping! We got up around 10, fed the dogs... remained lazy. Around 2:30 we left for the batting cages, which were, of course, closed because of the rain at 9:00 that morning - LAME-O!! I coooked dinner... we watched T.V. and had a nice romantic evening to ourselves!!
In essence- I'm glad I got to see and catch up with my girls! I don't care what anyone says, girl time is a necessity to keeping sanity! I'm glad I got to spend much needed quality time with my hubby! AND it's getting closer and closer to our Vegas Trip (Sept 1-5)! I cannot wait!

Girl time = good time...PS- I've befriended the = sign on my computer lately :) Can't wait to hang again
