So Valentine's Day was wonderful - my sneaky husband had flowers delivered to me at work the Friday before!! I've always secretly wanted that - I'm a hopeless romantic at heart (but sssh - don't tell, I have to hold up my hard core persona)!! We got a lot accomplished on V-Day- got our taxes filed AND took Chris to get his "7-7-7" tattoo!!!
Work's been very busy, I'm trying to learn new things and keep up with all the old ones. Boss man has too much on his plate and we're in the process of bringing more people in to help. Will has a master plan involving lots of growing pains - and secretly I'M EXCITED! Not that I'm a huge fan of change, but I'm a huge fan of success, and that's the road we're all being lead down. AND I'm a cheese ball because I missed everyone last week while they were all in FL for the sales meeting.
We had softball practice last weekend and sadly only had 4 people show up.... and we were two of them. If we plan to have a kick ass team, we're going to need our team memebers to show up to practice!! We'll have another one today, hopefully we'll have a better turn out! And which ever day is warmer next weekend, we'll have our last one before dues are due.
GO BALLERS!!!!
Last night we went to my BFF's house after dinner. Taboo is a wonderful game, but probably not meant for first time users like me!
Me: OK, it's.... a place you go to eat wings.
The girls......they have really short orange shorts...
Christian: Hooters?
Me: yes, but if you only have one of them?
LONG SILENCE
Christian: HOOT????
Everyone laughed and laughed at me....
Me: It's the gaaaame..... you play it when you're young.....
You lay out a mat......that has colored dots on it...
Christian: Twister?
Me: yes, but if you only have one of theeemm it's a ....

So, needless to say game night was interesting!

I'm glad you thought game night was interesting and didn't want to shoot me by the time you left :) I was having a PMSy, whiny kind of night- but we're allowed one of those every now and then right? Missing you guys at practice, would much rather be there then here but I'll be there NEXT WEEKEND! Yay! and every practice after that. LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU! So glad you guys came over last night- your place soon so I can see the new couch? I'll bring Charlie....because I know she's the real reason you want to come over ;-) MUAH!
